Mexican Chiapas

This is the Mexican Chiapas many of you love. Full bodied, chocolate/cocoa tones with a hint of brightness. This coffee reminds me not of dark chocolate (like the Peruvian) but of cocoa. If you add a little milk or sugar that's what it tastes like.
